Five Of Our Favorite Ingredients In One Refreshing Smoothie
This smoothie is refreshing, healthy, and easy to make. It doesn’t get much better than that! Have it for breakfast or as a mid-day snack. You can even make it and save it in the refrigerator for later! I found it especially tasty with an extra squirt of lime. The recipe gets our seal of approval here at Park Avenue Nutrition.
1 Cup Mango
½ Cup Pineapple
½ Cup Almond Milk
2 Mint Sprigs
1 Tbsp Cocoa
Place all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency is reached and enjoy!
