Herbal GardenMany of my clients arrive seeking natural approaches to their problem. Having suffered side effects of medication or not gotten results, they seek information from their physician but often resort to seeking further information and advice on their own. Here are 3 reasons to Go Herbal but with guidance:

1. Herbal remedies are not always straightforward in their application. Many require preparation and hard to locate herbs. I suggest you consult on with an herbal medicine specialist before treating yourself for a more serious condition. Ask your physician to speak with the herbal specialist and bring written information on your personal health with you to your visits. Acupuncturists, Herbalists and Naturopathic Doctors can be good resources. Health food store or Asian market sales persons may not be most informed.
